One User using Outlook 2003 in Calendar is able to choose "Open a Shared
Calendar" and view and perform their duties properly.

However, the opened calendar does not create a the OTHER CALENDARS view,
therefore I cannot make it part of the normal view. The user has to Open the
calendar every time which is annoying.

No other user is having this problem and we all have the same setup: Windows
XP PRo and Office 2003 working with Exchange 2003 Server.

HELP! Thanks in advance.

Have a similar problem. One of our secretaries has several shared
calendars, some of them are listed under "My calendars", others are
listed under "Other Calendar" view. She would like to have all shared
calendars in the Other Calendar view, because the name of the owner
appears in this view so this view is more clear. Is there any way to
control in which view the shared calendars appear. When I'm testing I
don't get the Other Calendar view, all shared calendar appear under
"My Calendars".

Exchange 2003 SP1/Windows2000/Office 2003 SP1

Thanks in advance

Quotie

Fortunately someone found a solution for this problem:

First it's necessary to remove the shared mailboxes. Then Open Other
User's Folder and select calendar, it adds it to my other calendar
list.  After that its possible to add the mailbox back to the profile.
The calendar shows up under both other and my calendar. There I can
remove the calendar from "My Calendars.
