Can anyone help me with this issue.

I have made a conference room as a ressource and when I book a meeting with
attendees the reminder and entries in calendar works fine for all. I would
like the secretary to also recieve a reminder(in order to set up the room in
advance) but not be an attendee and especially not have an entry set in her
calendar. It was able when the ressources were made as public folders(pre
2k3) but now the secretary seems to has to be an attendee and thereby get the
entries in her own calendar.

Any help?

Is she listed as a resource or an optional attendee?  One or the other would
have to be true for her to receive the reminder.
