MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / March 2005Personal Calendar to Public Calendar
We are using a mxture of Outlook 2000, 2002 and 2003 on an Exchange 2003 environment. Is there a way for users to publish certain personal calendar items to to a public calendar? Yes. Drag with your RIGHT mouse button from your calendar to the Public Calendar and let go. Then click Copy. A copy will drop onto the Public calendar.
