Outlook events from one calendar appear on another calendar

We have a shared Outlook calendar that everyone has access to. Is there a way
to have the events on this shared calendar appear on each user's personal
calendar?

Copy it manually to their calendar. Outlook provides no automatic method
for synching a shared and personal calendar. You can also look here for
