My boss has asked me to find out if it's possible to have a small image or
clip art actually imbedded on "special" days in his calendar....this would
also be sent to other parties.
I know how to cut/paste an image into the message/details area of a meeting
request, but he wants an image shown on the actual date - like balloons for a
birthday, or an telephone image for a call, etc.
Anyway, thanks in advance for your help.

not within outlook- there are word templates that read outlook data that you
can dress up with images. see
