Using: Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003

I'm tryin to move a user's Calendar (from Personal Folders, which is locally
on their PC) to their Mailbox on the server. I see where it will allow me to
'Copy' from their Personal Folders to their Mailbox but this does not
overwrite the Calendar in their Mailbox (on server). It instead changes the
copied Calendar name to 'Calendar1'. I'd much rather like to figure out how
to remove the primary 'main' Calendar from their Mailbox and copy their
Calendar from Personal Folders and use it as their main calendar for their
mailbox.

Basically, we just got exchange server up and running and want to move
everyone's personal folder stuff to the server..most things we just dragged
and dropped, but can't do that with the Calendar. Thanks.

Copy the ***items*** not the folder. The By Category view will be helpful
for this.

Sue, Thank you for that answer, I have exactly the same situation - I got all
the appointments copied to the Exchange calendar, but I'm still not clear as
to how to make the Exchange calendar the primary calendar.  When other users
try to view the user's calendar, they get the old one rather than the one
stored on the server  (they have been given "Delegate" authority on the new
calendar.

Thank you.
