I need to check appointments and activities from at least 1 year ago but
Outlook wipes them after 2 months.  Is there any way to change this to
maintain a more permanent record?

REmove the archiving from the calendar.

Thank you Milly!  If you can stretch to how I do that, I'll be ecstatic!

Right click on the calendar folder, select properties, then go to the
auto-archiving tab and set it how you wish.  I have mine set to never
archive.

Hi Milly,
I am totally confused, I have set my auto archive to move everything after 2
months as default,
I then right click on the calendar folder, select properties, then go to the
auto-archiving tab and set it to never archive but every time I use archive,
it archives the calendar.
What am I doing wrong?
