When specifing the start and end date for a monthly calendar print, some
appts are not shown in the Print preview or the print.

It previews and prints correctly if the data range is not specified.

The print setup is one monthper page.

Start of week is Sunday

Are you a delegate for someone, and how many items appear on the days where
the appointments aren't printing?  Esp. on a month view, you have limited
space, though there is supposed to be a way to decrease the font size to fit
more appointments in per day.

Also, are the appointments that don't show on the printout recurring?  If
so, I'm afraid I can't help you--that's a problem I'm trying to resolve
myself.

Good luck!
