What version of Outlook are you using and what form appears when you double

After furious head scratching, bnerison asked:
| When I go into Calendar properties, General tab and click drop-down
| "When posting to this folder, use" the IPM.Appointment is missing.
| Also when I go to Choose Form and select Standard Forms Library,
| IPM.appointment is missing.

Is this a non-English language Outlook/Office? Have you tried generating a
new mail profile to see if that fixes it?

English version.
New profile didn't help.
How would one add this form/template from Microsoft. Is there a way to copy
from other PC and/or import into office templates?
This appears to be cause by the installation of Meeting Place!

What is "meeting place?" If you uninstall it and run a detect and repair,
does it work again?

Meeting Place is a 3rd party conferencing add-in to Outlook calendar
scheduling. I think what is happeneing is that when installed it overwrites
the file or files responsible for all the IPM.* forms. How would one add
this form/template from Microsoft. Is there a wa to copy from other PC
and/or import into office templates?
I will try the D&R
