In the office there is a shared calendar for a user called TOG.   Everyone
uses this calendar and instead of having it shared like this I want to move
it to the Public Folder as a shared calendar.  Right now I have to add this
user account to everyone who wants to view the calendar.  If I were to put it
in the Public FOlder I would not have to do this admin work and I could also
set it up for offline use which I cant right now.  I would like to transfer
all the info from that personal calendar to a Public calendar.

Thanks

In order to do this you would need to have adminstrative rights.  If you have
the necessary rights you should then be able to copy or move items in the
calendar to the new public calendar.  I just did this over the weekend for
contacts so I am assuming it will work for calendar as well.
