We have a shared calendar that is accessible by about 20 people. The calendar
is located in the Public Folders of Exchange. Of the 20 people, each can
add/edit/delete the calendar items. I would have the calendar send reminders
to the 20 people based on the calendar entries. From what I've seen, Outlook
can not send reminders if more than one person has access to the calendar. Is
this correct? We're currently using Exchange 2003 with Oulook 2003.

This is per default correct but have a look on this site for a Reminder
