I keep getting a reminder every morning for a recurring appointment that has
been deleted. When I click on the "Open Item" button when the reminder comes
up it says " Cannot open the item for this reminder. You changed one of the
recurrences of this item, and this instance no longer exists. Close any open
items and try again.

Start->Run->Outlook.exe /cleanreminders.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
