I am a new user to Outlook 2003. I am trying to print out
the day view in Outlook.  When printing, my day will only
print out from 7:00 am until 7:00pm.  Can someone tell me
how I can change the times that are printed out in the day
view?  For example I want to print a day from 8:00 am
until 9 pm.  Also is there a way to change the appearance
so the entire day will print on 1 page?

Thank you!!

With the calendar as the active window, you can go to File, Page Setup, Daily
Style, then adjust the times in the Print From and Print To options.  You can
also control whether Tasks and Notes appear on the printout.

Good luck!
