I am an inspector and thus have reoccuring inspections of various
types.

After I enter the results of my findings in the notes area, I would
like to e-mail those results to various supervisors.

Would a macro be the best option to send a simple email containing the
appointment Subject and Notes?  If so, could you provide or point to
relevent code.

Thanks!

i take it you want to send the appointment you have ammended to a collegue.
If you go to the Action tab accross the top, you can forward the appointment
to another, then when they open and save it, it will appear in their
calendar.  is this what you want???

No, since calendar use in our company is a random thing.  Most prefer
e-mail.

If I try to Forword the appt, an error states I can't forward the
occurance, but I can the series.  When I choose the series, it is
trying to forward the calendar as you suggest.

Most will probably never open the email unless I indicate a failed
inspection, much less look through the calendar for the details.
