I am after some instructions on the above for setting up on Exchange 2000 on
a windows 2000 server platform.  Any help would be appreciated or a push in
the right direction to some instructions.

Cheers

File | New | Folder. Specify that it's for appointment items and place it in
the Public Folders\All Folders hierarchy. Right-click the new folder, choose
Properties, and set permissions.
