I am on a network with about 8,000 users. All have MS Outlook.
Is there a way to create a "universal calendar template" with all holidays,
scheduled meetings, performances, etc. so that when users on the network open
their calendar, those holidays, scheduled meetings, etc. are already there
(without having to send invitations, and without each user having to input
the events themselves)?
I am aware of sharing calendars, etc., but I want each user to have their
own calendar, but with all of the important dates and events already in place.
Thank you.
