Forwarding Meeting Request

I send training confirmations to employees as meeting requests so that it
will automatically be put it on their calendars when they click Accept.
The problem is the employee then forwards the meeting request to their
supervisor as an FYI and the supervisors end up clicking on Accept too(they
shouldn't).  Is there a way to take the buttons off when you forward a
meeting request?  Is there a better way to accomplish my goal, which is to
automatically put the training appointment on the employee's calendars?

No, sorry.  Training in how to use the appointment items would appear to be
on your corporate horizon.
