Limit for 'all day events'

We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 SP1.

My company uses public calendars to track days off etc., by entering this
information on the appropriate day as an 'all day event'.  However we have
found that only 22 'all day events' can be displayed and there is no way to
scroll through the events.

Is there a fix for this?

No. You'll need to switch to a table view.
