How do I delete Holiday selections in Outlook 2003?

can some one tell me how to remove holiday selections (I am in Canada and
want to delete the US holidays)

Sort by categories. Select all holidays and press delete. Then add back the
Canadian holidays only.

Thanks, I've being going nuts for months trying to delete
the holidays!!!!
