I use my calendar to keep track of church staff events and also public events
- how can I mark the church staff events to only print on a calendar and mark
public events to only print on a calendar but have them kept in the same
calendar?

Thanks,

Kelly

Use views to separate your different items into separate categories.  Set up
categories and assign the different events to a specific category.  Then
sort your view for the one you want and then print it.

How can I print it as a monthly calendar though?

Thanks Milly! :)
