I am trying to find a reasonably up-to-date holiday file.  All I can find in
Downloads is one for Outlook 2000 and it does not appear to have religious
dates after this year.

You should find it in the following location or similar, if now then search
your hard drive for *.hol files.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE10\1033\outlook.hol
