The timeframe to view Multiple-user's calendar is now defaulted to 2 month,
i.e. you can only see their next two month appointments. Any chance on how i
can change to 3, 4 months, etc? Thanks

Tools->options->calendar options->free/busy options.  The clients must do
this on their machines as you will not have permissions.
