I created a group schedule for the people in my department. When I open the
group schedule, I can see my supervisor's calendar events "hovering" for me
to see the details of the busy times.  However, I cannot see the hovering
events for the other people in the department.  Why is this and how can I see
their hovering events, too?

Do they have their planner options set to display appointment details in
grid?
