when updated, a meeting shows 2 additional, optional attendees that were never on the original request? This is in a recent Outlook 2003 upgrade. Some users still on Outlook 2000. MOre than likely, someone decided to invite more attendees which will show up on your item as optional attendees since you did not invite them directly.  Signature--?
