posted appointments show up 1 hour earlier when viewing on proxy .

When I post appointments on other calendars, from April 4 on, they show up an
hour later. For example, I sent an appointment for 8:00-8:30 and it posted
on the users calendar for 9:00-9:30. When I view calnedars from April 4th
on, with appointments already posted, all appointments look like they begin
an hour earlier than they really exist on the calendars.

Check your Daylight Savings Time settings in Outlook and Windows Control
Panel. Be sure they match.

Thanks for your advice MIlly, However both items are checked and my calendar
appointments are all still off by an hour. unchecking my windows DST
settings, changes my clock back one hour and my time in outloo back to the
correct appointed time. Any further suggestions?

I am having this same problem, desperate for help. To have my appts appear
at the correct time I have to have the time on the computer the wrong time.
Meaning if I take off the daylight savings time off both Windows xp and
outlook then my appts are at the correct time but my computer says an hour
earlier and vice versa.
