My CEO does not want her schedule to be visible on the scheduling tab when
creating an appointment. Beside hiding the name from the GAL, there is no
other way of accomplishing this.
Is there a way to keep the name visible in the GAL, but not show the
schedule in the scheduling tab?

Thanks,
Konan

Perhaps putting the free/busy down to zero under Tools Option Calendar
options.  The schedule is pulled from there so putting it down to zero may
have the result you are looking for.
