I have been getting many users request to approve out of office message
delivery to outside users. Account exec's & sales people wants to let their
clients when they are out of the office on vacation or conference.
My technical support team is against it. "security hole, performance, spam,
etc..." Could anyone point me to tell me what are the pros and Cons of this
feature.

thanks
Chuck

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
