Hi guys,

Can anyone shed any light on me on how to change timeframe of viewing
multiple user's calendar in Outlook 2000? It is now defaulted to 2 month,
which means that you can only arrane meetings for the next two month. Any
chance we can extend it? Outlook is running on MS Exchange 5.5 in corporate
mode.

The free/busy information can be changed under Tools - Options - Calendar
Options.  The default is 2 months but it can be increased.
