How can a configure a calendar for a conference room to acept meeting
requests automaticly,or refuse when is ocupied, when someone tries to
schedule the conference room?

Yeah you can use resource scheduling to do this. Go to
>Tools>Options>Calendar Options> and click Resource Scheduling. I do not know
if thier are known issues with this but that is where that feature lies. You
may want to make sure that some form of monitoring is still done the Resource
mailboxes because users tend to abuse Resource Objects with meeting notices
that contain large attachments.
