Can you use a contact entry to make an appointment.in a calendar.?
Thatt is click on a contact and select the times you have an
appointment and then have it appear on my calendar.  I know you can
reequest an appointment but I just want to make one.

Don't know if this works in previous versions but in 2003 you just right
click on the contact and select 'New Appointment with Contact'.

Thanks.  I missed that feature in the shortcut menu.

Do you know if you can have the contact's name and phone number appear
within the subject line without having to type it?

And I have mutltiple calendars.  How can I choose which calendar to
sent the appointment to?

Thanks.
