Hi all...
Is there a way to view or print a list of all scheduled appointments. I have
a series of repeating appointments (repeat every 1-8 weeks), but need to see
which ones I have scheduled and which I have not. I would like to do this
without scrolling through each month.

Thanks!
John

Yes you can - you can change the way you see the contents of any Outlook
folder - change the View.  Turn on Advanced toolbars and use the view window
to change Current View to By Category.  Now you have a table with all your
calendar items in it.

Thank you Judy!
I was going to check the Advanced options, but thought there must be an
easier way that I was missing.
Thanks again
John
