How do I get reminders to pop up from a shared calendar?

I would like to share my Calendar with other staff in the office. I can do
just fine but I would like to know if it is possible for the reminders for
appointments can pop up onto their screens too?

reminders are only supported in the default personal folders not in public
folders.

Have a look on this site for a Third Party Tool that supports also reminders
in  public polders:
