Most of the time, we must inform managers or co-workers that we will be in
meetings.  However, we don't want to invite them to those meetings because it
will clog their calendar and conflict with their own meeting.  There should
be a "Inform" field which would send an email to the addressees specified in
this area.  Then , the addressees could save the apointment in like
watermarks, so that only their own meeting stands out.  However, if they need
to know more about the other meeting, they could query it.  The solution
should be independant of Exchange.

If you have your free/busy information posted to a server, there is no need
for this as they can easily see that you are not available for specific
times.
