"Customize Outlook Today" button opens nothing.

I've used Outlook for years as a contacts manager and now want to use the
Calendar to schedule activities, but I cannot open "Customize Outlook Today"
on my laptop. Works OK on the office desktops.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
