Client Appointment Reminders

We are a small medical massage therapy clinic that uses Outllook 2003 on an
exchange 2003 server.  When booking an appoinment, we would love to be able
to enter a patient's email address (with their permssion) and enter a dynamic
reminder interval.  This would save us many reminder telephone calls and
prevent no-shows.
