converting a calendar to Word format

I want to convert a calendar to Word format so that I can put it on our
network and it can be used by other staff members.  When you post an answer,
please cc me at cwwppvuk@zamir.net.  Thank you for your assistance.  Please,
no advertisements or commercial offerings.

I tried this and it doesn't work for Office 2003.  Maybe I'm just being dense.

Or maybe you haven't checked your Tools | MAcro | Security settings in Word?
