Use of recurrence

I work a three days on and three days off shift pattern and would like to add
my three working days to my calender, is there a away of using recurrence to
show this without having to enter each set of three days?

You might want to look at a 3rd party add-in called WS:Repeat Appointment
that allows you to choose a more customized pattern for recurring
appointments.  Details here:
