You haven't given us much info to go on. Where are the two calendars? PDA,
Public Folder, 2 Mailboxes etc.

By way of an answer that MAY be what you want, one way is to view in a table
(By Category view) and drag them from one Calendar into the other.  If you
use your right mouse button to drag you can chose to Move or Copy when you
release them on the folder.
