Hi - I successfully imported a calendar file (the Seattle Mariners schedule)
and it made all appointments (games) show as "busy".  I can easily search and
find all these appointments, but is there a way to select all of them and
change the free/busy status?  I don't want to have to change each one
separately!  Thanks for any assistance.

Export to Excel, change the column and reimport.
