We run office and outlook 2003 on three seoarate laptops . and want to have
access to each others calendars. Is this possible and if so how?

Are you running in an exchange environment??  If so then yes you can.

Right click on your calendar, then select 'Permissions'.  from here you can
add the users you want to give access.

If not running exchange, then not sure without looking into.

Let me know.

Stewart.

No we don't run in an exchange environment. MS used to offer a web based
calendar sharing service, whose name I can't remember, but this was withdrawn
last November, and appears not to have been reoplaced with anything.
