Is there a way to send out an appointment with two time options? Same meeting
offered twice in one day.

Want participants to be able to choose which meeting they'll attend, it
posts on their calendar and the send of the appointment gets a reply with
their option.

This would take programming, I think.

Can you just send two e-mails, one with each time marked as tentative,
a cross-reference to the other message, and a request to accept only
one of the two times.

Maybe you could embed both appointments in an e-mail, and ask the
recipient to click on one and invite you or your boss/delegator to
attend the meeting at the time chosen.
