How can myself and the other five employess in the office view each others
calender?  I don't see a permission options button to select to give everyone
in the office rights.

Can someone please help me.  Our Microsoft Outlook is version 2000 -SR1

Anita,

In Outllok, right click on your Calendar, go to Properties. Choose the
Permissions tab and there you will have the option to Add people from the
Global Address Book.

Unless you are using an Exchange server, you cannot share calendars using
the permissions tab as it simply will not appear.  Using Outlook 2000, you
can use Net Folders, although they are buggy and unsupportable for most
folks.
