We use Microsoft Outlook Calendar to post our patients who need to be
contacted... Here is the problem.  We have 5 main computers and we would like
to be able to connect Outlook Calendar to all of them, but have been unable
to figure out how to do it.  Can you help us?

If you can, email me at  tigressheart1@hotmail.com

Thank you,
Leslie Grates

You would need a mail server as Outlook information cannot be shared from
the .pst file... only a mail server would be able to share information among
many computers.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

If all the computers have e-mail set up you can use Calendar4Outlook.  I
found it on the web and it is working fine for us.

They have a trial version you can download to see if it will work for you.
