How can I change the font color for each appointment within the Outlook
calendar? For instance: I would like all appointments regarding marketing to
appear green; project deadlines, red; personal appts, blue, etc. I know how
to change the color within the text box when the appointment is opened, but
not when I am viewing the calendar through the week or month view. Thanks!

Right click the appointment, select Automatic Formatting and set your
parameters there.  You may need to quit and restart Outlook for them to take
effect.

I tried that but 'automatic formatting' was not listed in the menu that came
up. I have the 2000 version of outlook. That might be my problem.
