MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / April 2005Bypassing option to accept an invitation
I am sending invitations from an entry in Calendar for a meeting. The user that gets my invitation has to then accept my invitation from his end in order for it to show up in his Calendar. How can I have his Outlook Calendar bypass that option and automatically calendar the item into his calendar after I invite him? Thanks for any help. Joseph Set the option under Calendar options->resource scheduling to automatically accept meetings. And get used to that user blasting you for not considering his/her own schedule.  Signature--?
