How do I update "Calendar in Personal Folders" when not on Exchan.

When I am not connected to my office Exchange Server, how do I update my
"Calendar in Personal Folders" as is when I am not connected to the internet
or not able to get to my office Exchange Server? Thanks for any suggestions.
