I'm a hairstylist and I'm trying to utilize Outlook 2002 to schedule my
appointments.  I have all my client's personal information in the Contacts.
What I would like to know is when i schedule and appointment is it possible
to have Outlook pull the personal info from Contacts and enter it into the
appointment without me having to look it up every single time.

any help is appreciated

Let me explain myself just a little more.  I see the contacts button at the
bottom/left of the appointment screen, but what i would like ideally is that
when i look at a full day schedule to see all the names and phone numbers on
the schedule without manually having to type it all in every time I book
someone.

I hope that this does make some sense, I appoligize if it doesn't

Any help anybody can give is appreciated

You can accomplish what you want, but it requires some custom VBA code. For an example, see http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=566
