We have a small team of 26 technicians and we want to use the calendar for
scheduling. The problem we are experiencing is when we have over 10 calendars
shared if almost unreadable. Is it possible to have the ability to specify
the width of the shared calendar and have the ability to scroll side to side?

No.  (PS - I am presuming you are talking about Outlook 2003 - next time,
state your version.)
