outlook 2003 will not sync with msn premium

I have Office 2003 student edition, I also use msn prem sympatico.   I cannot
start outlook on my laptop, error message could not load msncon32.dll and
then outlook closes,  any help appreciated,   this does function on my
desktop, just not on the laptop

Did you load the MSN Connector on your laptop? What happens if you run
Detect and Repair?   Have you contacted MSN support for this issue?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head-scratching, dolldesign asked this group:

thanks for replying, yes I have tried all of your suggestions, msn-sympatico
premium reply only by email and very slowly at that,  I will check the
settings on my desktop again and double check the laptop, msn connector is
not loading properly, I need to download it again but from where, as the msn
sympatico site only has a complete install not custom
any other thoughts suggestions welcome
