I want to view my whole calendar at once from 7am to 10pm at once without
having to scroll down to see the rest of the day.
I can easily do it by changing the size of the slots to 30min but would like
to keep 15min slots.
Is there a way to change the size of the 15min slots?

No, the sizes are hard coded.  You would need to play with your screen
resolution.
